Exchange and return
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. This means that you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of payment for your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Goods sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
If the Buyer returns the goods of good quality, the Online Store shall refund the money paid for the goods upon return of the goods, with the deduction of compensation for the costs of the Online Store related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

If the refund has been approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
